No video referees just good old human error, games are the same length as 150 years ago, pitches are the same sizes, they still wear shirts and shorts, you still have to run and kick, and on each team 19 players earn a maximum of $2.1mil BETWEEN them, not each :pAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1516429677437079557.post-80550248346291453132010-02-11T16:34:23.352-08:002010-02-11T16:34:23.352-08:00John maybe i am too suspicous but have the league ...John maybe i am too suspicous but have the league really done this to celebrate indigenous or to exploit. You may be right and i may be too much of cynic. Rugby has had some great indigenous players- the Ella Bros, Lloyd Walker - not to mention all the Islanders - Tonga, Fiji- Samoa.- and of course a new NZ Mowry. On another note i have looked at your blogs too - they are great!!Word4Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12551511839177481826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1516429677437079557.post-13734701333399488132010-02-11T04:33:14.491-08:002010-02-11T04:33:14.491-08:00Richard, I understand what you're saying about...Richard, I understand what you're saying about the cricket, but I'm not sure how the Rugby League all stars game relates. I think the all stars game has been put on to celebrate indigenous involvement in the Rugby League. It's something the rugby Union have not done well enough. there was an indigenous cricket team once too, along time ago.John Cookehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03780784838853903247noreply@blogger.com
